About This Site

Welcome to our virtual cat cafe and book bar, which will someday hopefully exist in brick and mortar form.

We review books about all animals – not just cats! We love nonfiction – memoirs and scholarly books,  or fiction featuring an animal as a primary character.

We also post delicious vegan recipes in our cafe, and fun vegan fashions in our fashion section.

And we link to rescues that have wonderful animals up for adoption.

So grab a cup of coffee, or tea, or wine! And peruse our site to read up on some fun and informative books, try sumptuous recipes, and perhaps find a companion to adopt!
